The Messy Middle (“we,” “our,” “us”) offering Parent Partner and Coaching Services. Please read the following terms and conditions for your opt in.

1. Consent: We may send you text messages (SMS) related to your interactions with our business. These messages are limited to customer care and service notifications such as appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, missed call text-backs, follow-ups, or other transactional updates. By submitting your information through our website or any of our forms, you consent to receive these service-related text messages at the phone number you provided. Text messages are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

2. Message Type: Users can expect our business to send text messages (SMS) related to your interactions with our business.

3. Opting Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

4. Rejoining: To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

5. Privacy Policy: The Messy Middle's privacy policy is available at www.messymiddleparenting.com/privacy outlines how your personal information will be collected, used, and protected. By giving your consent you also acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy policy. We will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and ensure the security of the messages sent to you. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarentee absolute security or confidentiality. Your phone number and message data will never be shared, sold, or used for purposes other than providing our services as described above.

6. Data Charges: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Frequency: You will receive appointment reminder and confirmation texts on a periodic basis, as determined by The Messy Middle. However, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the frequency of messages is not excessive or intrusive.

By checking the box and providing your consent, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of the provided contact inormation and that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent.

Please note that this consent is seperate form any other consent you may have provided to The Messy Middle for any other purposes.
